Special characteristics:

• DURBAL® Glide (bearing shell) of polyamide-PTFE-glass fibre compound, which encases and protects against the penetration of foreign bodies; maintenance-free;
• Joint ball of rolling bearing steel, tempered, ground, polished and hard-chrome plated running surface, giving effective protection against corrosion. Applies to rod ends BEM _-20-501, BEM _-90-501 and BEM _"-20-501;
• All rod end housings are of forged case-hardened steel, quenched and tempered and protected against corrosion by galvanisation. They are extremely hardwearing. Applies to rod ends BEM _-20-501, and BEM _"-20-501;
• Free from backlash: radial bearing gap 0 – 10 µm;
• Suitable for use with impact loads;
• For use with small swivelling movements and at low speeds.
