DURBAL provides technical solutions for the manufacturers of pneumatic cylinders.

The low maintenance-, maintenance-free and required rod ends used for this purpose are in accordance with the DIN ISO 8139 standard. The following products are for example used in this context:

Heavy-duty rod ends from the Classic Line in both DURBAL standard and stainless steel variants (BEF_-20-501 + BEF_-60-501).

Standard rod ends of the Basic Line (DSI_T/K).

In addition, DURBAL clevises with appropriate folding spring bolts in accordance with the DIN 71752 Form G standard, and maintenance-free spherical plain bearings from our Classic or Basic Line (typical variant GLK_-20-500 or DG_PW and stainless steel variant GLK_-60-500) in accordance with DIN ISO 12240-1, Series K, are used as connecting elements.
